1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock to meet the needs of our stores and customers.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Conduct inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and suppliers.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to collaborate, work independently, and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
