Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise per handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Contribute to process improvement suggestions.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and follow warehouse procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills like addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
