1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. This full-time position offers up to $22.75 per hour and requires working 30-35 hours per week with various shift schedules available. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Organize and relocate merchandise within the warehouse.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and budget goals.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientious behavior, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to operate equipment, lift up to 45 pounds, and work in varying temperatures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
