1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. The position offers up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay) with an average of 30-35 hours per week. As a part of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving and organizing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and interact effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Educational and Physical Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
