1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour. The primary responsibility will be to efficiently handle incoming stock, prepare merchandise for shipment, and maintain warehouse standards. The role requires cooperation with team members, effective communication, and the ability to make independent decisions within designated responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines and prepare for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to meet safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate with warehouse leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and work efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and follow safety guidelines.
