1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing incoming stock, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and warehouse operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientious behavior, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work efficiently in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures, including outdoor and refrigerated environments.
