1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in receiving, relocating, sorting, loading, and maintaining the warehouse's cleanliness and organization. You will also collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership, provide input for operational improvements, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and cooperate with team members and suppliers.
• Provide input for process improvements and ensure product quality.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
