1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse operations at Aldi. Our team ensures that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores to meet the needs of our growing customer base. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, participating in the receipt, stocking, and shipment of merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and select incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment preparation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Conduct inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Physical capabilities to lift and move merchandise up to 45 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
