Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our thriving team at Aldi. As an essential part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, merchandise relocation, loading and unloading, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock effectively to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment preparation.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and product quality.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues to management.

Requirements

• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds of product.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
