1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring the efficient handling and distribution of merchandise to our stores.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback for process improvement and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow company policies.
• Physical fitness to handle lifting up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
