Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $18.00 - $24.00 per hour. The shift begins at 7:00 AM, with various schedules available to suit your lifestyle.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and cooperate with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate within budget goals and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret policies and communicate effectively.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
