Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As an integral part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing products for shipment. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and suggest process improvements.
• Work collaboratively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic abilities and attention to detail.
