1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi, a leading company in the retail industry. As a valued team member, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders and maintaining warehouse standards.

Shift Schedule Options

• Schedule A1: Wednesday to Sunday
• Schedule A2: Friday to Tuesday
• Schedule B: Rotating weekends
• Schedule C: Every other weekend
• Schedule D: Monday to Friday

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and relocate incoming stock.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
