1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's dynamic team. This full-time position offers up to $18.00 - $24.00 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse following guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain communication with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively, adapt positively to challenges, and follow company policies.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
