1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a valued member of our warehouse staff, you will play an essential role in fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform cleaning duties and inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers and provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Follow safety guidelines and report issues.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and work efficiently in a team environment.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, frequently move merchandise, and operate equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and physical conditions.
