1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As a team member, you will play a critical role in fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise in the warehouse, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Assist in inventory counts and propose process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical capability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
