Job Description
We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dedicated team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to ensure our customers receive top-quality products. This part-time role averages fewer than 30 hours per week, with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas with a focus on safety and excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
- Strategically sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvement and quality assurance.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and move products, work in varying temperatures, and operate industrial equipment safely.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
