Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join ALDI's dynamic team. As a valuable member of the warehouse staff, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly to meet store demands.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and adhere to safety standards.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 45 pounds and operating equipment safely.
