Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Working in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, you will participate in a comprehensive training and safety program to ensure success.

Salary

• $23.75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and perform physical tasks throughout the warehouse.
