Job Description

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as 1st Shift Warehouse Team Members at Aldi. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and teamwork.
• Adapts positively to challenges and change.
• Delivers excellent performance and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
