1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi team. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, depending on the shift. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise as per product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety, following warehouse guidelines.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to warehouse standards.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve efficiency and meet company goals.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and company procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
