Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a key part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
• Stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the warehouse.
