1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our warehouse team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores. This position offers part-time hours (fewer than 30 per week) with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Stand, bend, grip, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
