Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing warehouse operations, including receiving stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment while unloading incoming deliveries.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and quality assurance.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to warehouse procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and operating industrial equipment.
