We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. This position offers competitive wages and benefits along with a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders received.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
