1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time member, your main responsibilities will include receiving and selecting incoming stock efficiently, organizing merchandise strategically, and participating in warehouse inventory counts. You will collaborate with your peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure effective communication and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
