1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are hiring for the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member at Aldi. This is a full-time role with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule.

Currently hiring for the following schedules: 

• Schedule D
• Schedule A2
• Schedule B

There are various shift schedules available offering flexibility to suit different preferences.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientious work behavior and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Display a positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Organize and execute tasks efficiently within the team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving items up to 45 pounds.
