Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Overview:

We are currently hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member at Aldi. This position involves efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing and loading merchandise, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and collaborating with team members and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and ability to drive for success.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
