Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and organizing stock, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members and leadership to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform tasks within company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
