Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a member of our warehouse staff, you will play a crucial role in handling incoming stock, preparing shipments, and maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate and organize merchandise in accordance with warehouse guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and assist in achieving operational goals.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work productively and cooperatively in a team environment.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
