1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking to hire a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time team member, you will have the opportunity to work approximately 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Organize and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.
• Assist in achieving warehouse budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Physically move merchandise around the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
