Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's dynamic team. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties, including stock selection, merchandise relocation, loading and unloading, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently and fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and inventory tasks.
• Cooperate with peers and warehouse leadership for effective operations.
• Contribute suggestions for process improvement.
• Ensure product quality and safety adherence.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic and organizational skills.
• Capability to operate powered industrial equipment.
