Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week, with a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and organize incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and management.
• Contribute to process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Perform tasks efficiently and within company policies.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
