Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's warehouse operations team. Our team ensures the efficient handling of products to deliver quality goods to our stores, serving our growing customer base. This part-time position offers a starting wage of $23.75 per hour, with an average of fewer than 30 hours per week. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining warehouse standards and meeting operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Sort, load, and relocate merchandise based on warehouse guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvements and support budget goals.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, success-driven mindset, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication, basic math skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Engage in various physical activities within the warehouse environment.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
