Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations are crucial in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores to meet the needs of our growing customer base. As a team member, you will work in ambient and temperature-controlled areas and play a vital role in maintaining warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Prepare shipments by sorting, organizing, and loading merchandise strategically.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain communication with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements
