Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. You will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and assisting in inventory counts. The role requires strong collaboration with peers and warehouse leadership to improve processes and achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties to meet safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide input to management for process improvements.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated competency in quality, safety, collaboration, and resilience.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• Detail-oriented with basic arithmetic skills.
• Effective team player with a positive attitude.
