Job Description

Join the Aldi team as a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member! In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. Our warehouse operations offer a dynamic environment where you will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect and maintain product quality and safety.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift, move, and operate equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Work effectively independently and in a team environment.

Physical Demands

• Lifting up to 45 pounds and operating powered industrial equipment.
• Working in various temperatures and environments.
