Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a crucial part of our operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient movement of merchandise in our warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and a drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and math skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures.
