1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. The role offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in line with warehouse guidelines.
• Strategically sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Contribute to warehouse inventory counts and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers and management for process improvement.
• Ensure product quality, safety compliance, and sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, work in varying temperatures, and operate industrial equipment safely.
