1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving and organizing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards, and collaborating with team members and warehouse leadership. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently and in a team environment, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
