1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse operations at Aldi. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to ensure our customers have access to quality goods. Our warehouse environment offers both ambient and temperature-controlled areas where you will work fewer than 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership to optimize warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
