1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing the flow of merchandise within the warehouse, from receiving stock to preparing products for shipment. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
• Interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, work in various temperatures, and operate industrial equipment safely.
