Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient functioning of our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include selecting and receiving stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety. You will collaborate with your peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure smooth operations and contribute to achieving budgeted goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and report sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently following guidelines.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt positively to challenges, and drive for success.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
