2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking to hire a 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. This position offers up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, loading/unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. The role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work in varying temperatures and environments.
