2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a competitive starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. The role is for the 2nd Shift which starts at 3:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.

Job Qualifications

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and demonstrate competencies in quality, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency. Additional requirements include the ability to interpret and apply company policies, strong communication skills, basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous warehouse experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift and move items up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in various temperatures and environments.
