2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. This position offers up to $28.75 per hour and requires working 30-35 hours per week during the 2nd shift starting at 3:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse based on product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Keep the warehouse organized and clean.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes and ensure product quality and safety.
• Work independently within assigned responsibilities and assist in achieving warehouse goals.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks supporting overall productivity.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
