2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety. You will collaborate with your peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to maintain high standards and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, bend, reach, push, pull, carry, and walk.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
