2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in efficiently managing stock movements, ensuring order fulfillment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to overall warehouse productivity.

Job Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming trucks.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Inspect products for quality and safety, and identify sanitation issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork capability.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
