Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving and fulfilling orders from stores efficiently. Your responsibilities will include relocating merchandise, loading/unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with the team and leadership. Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment preparation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the warehouse team.
• Provide feedback to warehouse management for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and adhere to sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Education and Experience

Physical Requirements

• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
