2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi for 2nd Shift. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes and achieve budgeted goals. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work independently or in a team, and uphold safety guidelines while operating warehouse equipment.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success (ALDI Acts competencies).
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, good communication skills, basic arithmetic, attention to detail, and work in varying temperatures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, walk, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in hot, cold, and outdoor temperatures.
